Confused Designs Brass Eagle and Tippmann

Ok what the heck is up with the Tippmann triumph series markers they look like Brass Eagle's old Samaria marker design? On the same note Brass Eagle introduced the t-storm marker that look's like a cheap A-5 rip off without the cyclone feed. Where most markers now days are based on one of four designs. PMI-Sheridan marker internals on all Tippmann markers, Spyder clones are about the most common internals and the Angel-Shocker internals on most high end markers. Last but not least the Auto-Cocker design copied for a short time by Phycobalistics with the lightning series but production stopped with a law suit by Bud Ore and WGP. Is anyone going to come up with something original? As for pump guns not much has changed in the basic pump design all pumps for the exception of Bud Ores Sniper are Nelson Clones. Are Air Gun Designs automags going to remain the only truly original markers out there?
